Learn to make two types of delicious and simple Italian crostata. Kathy will demonstrate how to make a classic shortbread crust. Using that crust, you’ll learn how to make the dessert of Italian nonnas, the crostata marmellata (jam) and then Kathy will demonstrate a favorite around Rome, especially at Easter, the Ricotta and chocolate chip crostata.
