During this fun cooking class, you’ll create two types of French quiche (one classic Quiche Lorraine and one seasonal vegetable quiche) and classic French dessert. You will learn to make an easy flaky quiche crust and the tricks to making the most delicious quiche. You’ll also learn how to make a classic French like a creme brulee, fruit tartelette, pavlova. Along with the quiche and dessert you make, your meal will include a typical apero (light snacks) and a salad from the day’s market and a Provencal wine. You will receive a recipe booklet with the recipes for the dishes we make in class and for a quiche for each season.

Price: $90 per person
Includes: Cooking class of two types of quiche and a French dessert. Lunch of the dishes we make and an appetizer buffet and wine. At the start of class, you will receive a booklet of recipes.
