During this half-day cooking class, you’ll create a full, three-course Provencal meal (starter, main dish with vegetable side and dessert). All dishes will be based on local and seasonal ingredients shopped that day at the market in Aix-en-Provence. An appetizer buffet from the market will be available to nibble on while we cook. Together we’ll sit and enjoy our meal with wine. Your meal will also include a fourth course, the French cheese course, after the main dish and before your dessert.

Includes: Cooking class of three courses, appetizer buffet and wine with your meal. At the start of class, you will receive a booklet of recipes.

We shop the market in Aix-en-Provence daily and menu decisions are always based upon what is best that day at the market. For this reason, the menu may change weekly. Below are sample menus from what we’ve created before in class, and which you may see during your class.
