Again in 2016 Food Lover’s Odyssey will be offering local and immersive vacations in Italy; to the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany, and Puglia. And also in 2016, we’re adding a new 11-day vacation to Venice and its countryside – one that explores food, wine (lots of wine) and art. Just in time for Christmas, all of these Italy vacations are on sale now. What better gift to give that special Italophile in your life than a vacation to Italy?!
As those of you who already follow me on either Instagram or Facebook know, I’ve just been to each of these regions to fine-tune our trips for next year, and I shared just a little of what we’ll see and do in each place.
All our vacations focus on the best food, wine and culture of the region. All include cooking classes with Italian mammas – always a highlight of the week. Each vacation, however, has its own unique food and cultural discoveries, like the Soave castle and historic villas of the Veneto, or the trulli of Puglia, the picturesque, rustic Italian beauty of Tuscany or the jaw-dropping sea scenes and tranquility of the Amalfi coast.
Whichever vacation you choose, it’s going to be a fabulous food and wine adventure. Previous guests have given only rave reviews about our trips, many citing them as the “best vacation ever!” Several guests have returned for second and even third vacations with us. Our 2016 vacations will continue to be experiences of a lifetime, and I hope you’ll join us. Spaces are limited and some vacation dates are already sold out. If you’ve wanted to join one of our Italy vacations, now is the time to do it. As an added Christmas bonus, if you secure your spot today, you’ll also save!
Venetian Painting & Cooking Vacation, new for 2016:
If you love wine, art, Venice, being immersed in vineyards, 18th-century villas, and Italian lakes, this is the vacation for you. We’re going on an 11-day odyseey that combines food, wine and art, art that you’ll also be involved in creating. It includes four nights in a 4-star luxury hotel in Venice and six nights among the vines in a country villa just above the Soave wine region.

This is the second year we’re traveling to the Amalfi Coast and last year’s group was left speechless by the views, our cooking classes, and all the delicious meals.
