Classic Italy Dream Vacation

Ponte Rotto Rome

On the heels of the huge success and glowing testimonials for the Food Lover’s Vacation in Puglia, for 2015 I’m offering more food-focused vacations to my other favorite parts of Italy. These new vacations will have a very local feel, offer many unique experiences and “backstage” access. We’ll, of course, enjoy the best food & wine and best and most fun cooking classes and food tours.

Today I’m introducing you to the first of these vacations: a moveable feast through classic Italy – Rome, Tuscany and Venice. This is an all-inclusive 11-night/12-day feast starting in Rome and ending in Venice. Yes, it certainly will be a food-focused vacation but also one where you’ll experience and enjoy main sights and special out-of-the-way spots that locals normally bring their friends and family to see. We’ll have my local friends from each location along with us as guides and local experts.
